Was curious to know why Bolstered Legplates are ranked higher than
Legplates of Inescapable Death.

I really like the format of this list, and would like to see it filled out with the sources of the rest of the items.

I can report that Burning Skull Pendant (Neck) is a BoE that presumably is a world drop. I got it off of some trash in Gundrak yesterday.

The Tundra Pauldrons come from the quest "Have They No Shame?" in the Borean Tundra. http://www.wowdb.com/quest.aspx?id=13094

There are couple of other nice pieces of tank gear available from quests done in the Nexus, at least, for that level.

3.0.8 will greatly buff Tempered Titansteel Helm (Meta + Blue socket with 8 def as bonus added, other stats unchanged). should push him up quite a bit in the list

For the record, the red sword of courage is dropped by King Ymiron, there is a mistake in the original list that might lead people to the wrong instance.

I think that the ordering is:

epic > blue
ilevel
alphabetical within same ilevel

Thus, Bolstered is listed before Legplates of Inescapable Death. The defense on them is very nice, but if you don't need the def, you might consider the others. They seem like relative sidegrades, where each could be better in certain situations.

Has the days have gone by since the Release. Have there been any new Trinkets found that are before the ones that drop from the Raid instances?

Its pretty sad that Tankadins can only get 2 on heroic . and the rest are either DK or BOP crafted
