Frequently asked questions
What is this site?
Maintankadin brings back the World of Warcraft tanking forum, including discussions recovered from the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine.
Can I log in or post?
Everyone can read the archive. Register or sign in to join the forum. Returning members can request their original profile; the forum owner reviews and approves each recovery before the profile is linked.
How do I find an old discussion?
Browse the forum categories or search the archive for words in a post.
Why are some posts or images missing?
Not every page or image was captured. Some discussions have gaps, and images hosted elsewhere may no longer load. Historical post counts can include content that has not been recovered.
Does the advice apply to the current game?
These discussions reflect the game as it was at the time. Check a post’s date and expansion before using its advice.
