Has anyone seen a similar guide to this wonderful one for healing priests?

I really suggest to move the weapon/shield post in the first post of this thread... as well as trinkets.

If it's any like the last guide for Burning Crusade, this will be the bible of stuff to get for tanks, so 1 quick look might be useful instead of having to scroll to page 2 or 3.

I agree with Spotnick; a 'one stop shopping' quick reference would be great to go check out.

And am I the only one who finds reading the OPs gear list difficult? The text is yellow on a whiteish background for me. I have to highlight it so as not to squint while reading. Having said that, it's a great list. Smile

Great list, but a few minor corrections I see...

Made the fixes. The list was from when all that was unclear and it was listed by what was written in WoWHead comments/MMO Champion threads at the time which are/were rather innacurate sometimes.

Even though everybody will go for the 15 emblems libram, you should add it too until we find something else in heroic raids to replace it.

Thanks for the list, very useful, now I know which heroic I should focus on to get geared.

As for the answer, since tanks are mostly useful for dungeons and raids, it's quite normal our drops are from dungeon rewards.

I'm a bit disappointed to see only one viable item from exalted rep reward though.

The trinket from H VH is going to drive me nuts. I wish the bosses had more of a shared loot table. Not only do you have to want on the RNG for the drop but the RNG on getting the boss :\
