Cooldown Tracking UI for predicting rotations.

For classes with FCFS rotations such as MM hunters and ret pallies, trying to decide which spell to cast next is often very difficult.

What mods/add-ons are people using that simplify this?

S.H.I.T. works for ret, but I'm looking to help out other FCFS type classes in my guild, so it's inadequate. It also feels like a bit of a cheat, tbh. lolz.

Cooldowntimers2 displays bars at different time scales. Exorcism is the same bar length as Crusader Strike, eventhough it is 15 seconds long, and CS is 6 seconds long. That means that when CS is 3 seconds off CD, the bar is LONGER than Exorcism when it's 5 seconds off CD. This is very counterintuitive for determining the next spell to be cast. You need to process both rate and distance info.

Blizzard default UI has spinning circles which have the same problem as CooldownTimers2. The rate of spinning is affected by the CD, and visually, one needs to process both angular rotation as well as angle to predict the next available spell.

Re: Cooldown Tracking UI for predicting rotations.

EventHorizon, ForteXorcist, Watcher and CoolLine are all mods which visualise ability/spell cooldowns in a way which is designed to allow you to better judge which abilities to use next.
