This behaviour is also caused by nQuestLog. There's a fix posted on Curse in the comments or d/l the beta version from Wowace project page for nQuestLog (r194).

Seems to be a common Questtracker problem Wink

EDIT: Removed the link. Don't know policy on this page regarding direct links to Wowace projects.

EDIT2: Well then.. here's the link. Make sure you d/l r194, not r194(no libs)
