We have one opening on our back up roster for either a Protection Paladin or Feral Druid.
About being a back up:
As a back up, you'd be expected to be available for invites at 5:30 every raid day but will probably actually raid only a few nights a week. As with any serious raiding guild, we do expect some turnover and full time spots are generally filled from our back up roster, so it's important to maintain attendance and put your best effort in when you get the opportunity.
What We Need
We currently run with 3 exceptional tanks who can generate between 1100 and 1200 threat per second, take some massive hits, and communicate with each other and the raid effectively. We are looking for someone who will be able to rotate seamlessly into the tanking team when one of these individuals isn't available.
For Prot Paladins: To be considered for this spot you will need to have at least successfully tanked Mogrim adds, Kael weapons, and dragonhawk in Za. We would prefer that you have experience tanking in Hyjal and BT- Specifically the AoE trash packs and Anetheron's infernals, You should also have full fire resist gear available and we'd prefer you to have the appropriate stats to be viable in Sunwell raids (although we realize some "gearing up" may be required for sunwell content).
Gear Requirements for Paladin (somewhere in the neighborhood of)
15.5k HP (unbuffed)
102.4 Avoidance (emphasis on dodge/Parry, though a BV set is also nice)
490 Defense (if you aren't crit/crush immune /cry)
400 Block Value
450 Spell Dmg
For Feral Druids: As far as gear goes, You'll need to be armor capped with 40+ dodge and 415 defense. You will also need to have full fire resist, full bt shadow resist (or the mats to have it made), You will also need to have a full dps set and put out competitive dmg when not tanking. To be considered for this spot you'll also need to have experience with AoE tanking situations as listed above.
