This is somewhat involved, it has been a while but if I recall correctly Threat Lib has a sample size that counts the last 15 events and averages your TPS over them.

E-TPS (skin settings) is your averaged Threat over the ENTIRE FIGHT, that's the cold hard truth.

However if you want something in between TPS and E-TPS you can try this:


/run AceLibrary("Threat-1.0"):SetTPSSamples(30)
(number to your liking, the higher the more averaged your TPS will be, performance may be effected if you set it too high).

This will significantly stabilise your TPS over the course of a fight without showing the lowest points of the very start (unless it's a very short fight).

It will not effect the threat values shown to other people.
I don't know how much/if at all, it effects the TPS value shown to other people.
It will only effect YOUR TPS value displayed not other players values.

It may help some people.
Also it helps to go into skins -> skin settings -> TPS Update Frequency -> Set it as high as possible (I use 1.5).
Your omen will now display far more realistic numbers for your own TPS.
