When does JoR = JoV?

I apologize if this has been posted already, but has anyone calculated how much spell damage it takes for JoR to do more damage than JoV? I'm at the point where my numbers are all sort of similar, haha. It would also help to refine my SoR/SoV rotation, as well (I would JoR instead of JoV).

I think it's something about 1400 +dmg, but righteousness has its own benefits.
