Windfury or Wrath+oil for Boss tanking

which is better for arggo? i would think 100+ raw spell damage will be better then windfury. but there are people saying that WW is better when MTing.

anyone have any math on this?

i also tanked rage for the first time today. i was oom half of the time with JoW and only got 700tps. raid leader said no more MTing till i can pull out 1200tps QQ.

and on a quicj serach on ur armory (fix ur signature link) i noticed u need more SD. i got only few epics of MH, and i have about 200 more SD than u. maybe less warrior gear, and more tankadin one. ur TPS must be more hight, more vs an UD.

The quick answer is that the break even point is when 20% of your SoR+Melee TPS = the static amount of TPS from WoA+Wiz. Oil.

Before that, use WoA+Wiz. Oil
After that, use WF

So you personally have to do some WWS parses and see

1. what your TPS is from SoR and Melee are typically without either totem or WO
2. the spell_dmg to TPS conversion for your personal threat cycle
3. calculate the added TPS from WoA+WO using the value from #2
4. calculate 20% of the value from #1
5. compare them. If #4 < #3, then use WoA+WO. Otherwise use WF

So you have some math to do. Go get'em tiger!!
