Are uncrushability stats rounded down?

Quick question, but one thats been bugging me for a while;

if i have say, 15.68% parry, will that actually count as 15.68% parry, or will it be rounded down to 15% in the attack table probabilities?
this is somewhat important for me, since i am now on the very borderline of uncrushable when using my new belt of the guardian (BoK puts me up to uncrushable).

if the stats ARE rounded down, then surely the 102.4% figure is a bit misleading, since in reality you are going to need a few % more than that to be truly uncrushable?

they are not rounded, but the character sheet thing will show you a rounded number.

Your dodge, parry, miss and block percentages will count to the second decimal place (i.e. 19.78% Dodge ).

Your Defense and Weapon Skills (not the ratings) are rounded down to the nearest integer number.
