2.3 Weapon Expertise Defined

Does anyone have a link to a talent calculater with the post-patch talents? I'm finally willing to give up my 5 points in holy for int because 10% stam is just freaking rediculous to pass up. Does Sacred Duty still have the 6% stam on it as well?

Patch notes say it's crit, but actual PTR has 5 Expertise with Swords and Maces, and it's definitely changing with weapon-type equipped.

So glad I gave up that silly idea I had ages ago to only use Axes.

Being human is great again. 10 expertise is 2.5% Dodge and 2.5% Parry.

Shouldn't lvl 73's have about a 7% miss/dodge/parry/block rate btw?
