Spell Hit

So was wondering what is a good spot to have your spell hit at. I just got my hands on the T5 gloves and cant decide if I want to put spell hit on them or Agi again or maybe just the 10 Stam armor kit. Some help with this would be great. Thanks guys.

Put 2% threat on your t5 gloves man . . .
