how much avoidance does 495 def give?

Hi

Trying to sort out some of the nubers on defence and avoidance..

First of how much avoidance do you have whith 350 def at 70?
Is it 5% block,5%parry,5%dodge and 5 %miss?

When you reach 495 def you got 145 more def than "normal" so that alone gives 145*0,12(block,Dodge;parry)=17,4 avoidance
or does it give 145*0,16(Block,Dodge,Parry,Miss)=23,2 avoidace

Bit unsure when to include miss in the calculation since its sometimes mentioned and sometimes not..

1 def is usually mentioned as 0,12 avoidance after 495 defence but that seems a bit wrong since it depends of wheter you are uncrushable or not.

But confused as after reading a bunch of guides, so hope you can help out

495 Defense gives you +5.8% to your dodge, parry, block and miss chance.

So with 495 def and no other avoidance on your gear you end up with
5+5.8= 10,8 parry,block,miss,dodge
a total of 43,2 avoidance?

More like 32,4% avoidance and 10,8% block

Guess i was asking for answers on the obvious, but i have read to many guides lately and wanted to be sure.

And it's ofc 490 def im aming for not 495
