Pursuit Of Justice post 2.3

I saw a post about this earlier, but it didnt mention the 3% spell miss you get form this talent. What does everybody think about this? 3% chance to not get hit by a spell seems like a pretty big boost to me. It does cause some problems cause it is so deep in the ret set, but I was already spending 10 points in it anyway for parry.

I think that 3% reduction to being hit with Spells is huge. I'd go for it if I were you.
