You're a bit undergeared for ramparts.
Ramparts is more or less an endurance instance. For those who are on the low end, it's one of the harder heroics. For those who have the endurance for it, it's by far the easiest. Basically, you need to be able to survive long enough during a mortal strike or kidney shot to live through the effect /w minimal healing. If you can't do that, you won't be able to do ramps. Not only that, but if you lose aggro the mobs will go around one-shotting the party because most of them hit very hard.
You need to improve your HP pool, for starters. Another 1000 hp is not out of reach. Barring that, improve your overall avoidance, dodge first and foremost. You can make improvements in gear in many slots - your cloak, boots, trinkets, rings and weapon can all be replaced for better tanking gear at your level of progression - go back to normal mana-tombs and do the escort for the boots. Flesh-beast's metal greaves are a very important piece of gear until you can get boots of elusion from Karazhan. Your cloak could be replaced for Burnoose of Shifting Ages from black morass, or Devilshark cape from Steamvaults. Those are both normal runs and thus should be easy for you at this point. Swap out rings for better options if you can - The ring that path drops is better than either of those and if you chose the black morass avoidance ring and still have it, use it. If you got rid of it, petition for it back. If you didn't choose it, then you're probably out of luck at this point.
Both of your trinkets can be thrown out. An alchemy stone could provide good results until you can get something better, but adamantite figurine, figurine of the collosus, dabiri's enigma are all good slot options. If you have the money to spend, a darkmoon card: vengeance can last you forever. Toss the spelldamage trinket in any case - as long as you're taking a lot of damage, you shouldn't need spelldamage, since you should always have enough mana to generate threat. There's one exception to that rule, of course - weaponry.
We don't get a lot of threat from weapon damage, and weapons never provide a lot of avoidance. You shouldn't need the avoidance on your current weapon choice, but you could probably use the extra threat of a spelldamage weapon. Get a continuum blade or better, a crystalforged sword. They are both better choices for a weapon for paladin tanking. I've tried going back to normal weapons on fights that are less threat sensitive, but I really can't feel the difference - King's defender might look awesome, but it just doesn't do me any good.
