How do I calculate if I am 102.4 from looking at the char sheet?

That macro doesn't seem to include it, but if you cast Holy Shield and then fire the macro it'll read your increased block chance.
If you want to use it with HS down, change that 5 to a 35 and be aware that the macro will read wrong if you actually put HS up.
