Psiven's original rotation was meant to be used at 75+ when ShoR was obtained.

It's why there's a block of free GCDs to use for any other ability - seal twisting usually was best, otherwise weaving in other CD abilities like Exorcism or HW would be used.

Now that we've got all our abilities at 80, we shouldn't have to break the rotation.

Your rotation looks good - throw in Consecrate every free GCD and that's Psiven's rotation.
