soloing lvl 68-71 elites

Hey guys I was wondering if we can solo theses guys.. Im getting tired of getting killed by these guys while questing.. any tips on taking them by ourself.. here's a link to my armory..

I guess any 68-71 mobs..like the pats from shadow moon..near the black temple..those dragonkin or whatever its called that walks back n forth...
ok let me put it this way.. can we solo elites period...the warlocks in my guilds was talking on how they solo elites..

any tips u can give me..i want revange..

SoL JoW fast high DPS weapon high BV just keep Holy shield up?
