couldnt really find an answer for this

So when i get to 70 and start doind lots of dungeons/heroics and raiding i was wondering
do i need to keep different sets of gear
1)for 5-mans and heroics
2)and a seperate set for raiding

or simply will lets say i get one of the tier sets will this suffice for dungeons and heroics or will i really need a special ste for those

(same question for druid tank since i also play feral druid was wondering about this aswell maybe someone here will know)

You're a bit early to be worrying about this.

Basically, a lot of Paladins have different sets for different purposes.

Early on, your uncrushable set for raiding will require you to sacrifice a fair amount of health, so you might prefer a crushable health set for heroics, since they actually tend to be harder work than early Karazhan.

Later on, it's not uncommon to have a high stamina/dodge set for Bosses, a high Block Value set for AoE trash and a high spelldamage set for threat races.

It'll all make sense at the time, trust me.

well i just came to conclusion that some of the sets can have pieces swapped out of
like my uncrush set remove some of them and use some higher stam in them etc no reason to keep 2+ complete (all slot) sets am i correct

Your gear will naturally change with your content and what you're doing; most tanks will swap out a few pieces for certain fights, but it's rare to swap out everything wholesale, so carrying around 3 hats, 3 chests, 3 gloves, etc is probably not necessary.

5 mans

Paladins have issues with outgearing instances worse than most. for this reason you may want to keep some gear from each peroid (5 mans, raids, heroics, solo) so that you can gear to the content.

most of us just take off clothes till the stats work and we get mana back and thats a good option.

I ussually save any high spell dmg piece (even some mail that comes my way) for doing 5 mans if guildies need help. lets me up the dmg and threat by replaceing pieces with dmg instead of nothing.

beyond that keep any high mitigation piece or high stam piece even if its warrior gear and doesnt work on your main tank set. ppl tend to not gear well for heroics since there diff than raids and block rating is ussually way to high starting out and health/armor way to low.

I carry my tank set + a few pieces that i can switch out like trinkets and shields, and 1 offspec set (ussually heals), and the rest sits in the bank till i know I will need it.
