Recount vs WWS

I just recently started using WWS on our last Kara run. And I'm finding large differences between the output/stats generated by WWS and those displayed by Recount. Which is generally considered more accurate? Is this normal?

There's a maximum range from you where data will be logged, if they're different, there will be difference.
Also, wws logs much more info, it's more accurate.

Having 2 people logging wws for 10 man raids and 3-4 for 25 man raids will give your best results.

The combatlog range limitation was removed in 2.4.0 when they revamped the whole thing.
If you are in the same zone, you will 'see' it.

Not true, they've only expanded it to clipping distance, if you're over 120? yards you probably /wont/ see it

Recount isn't always as smart as WWS. For example, on some of our Gorefiend attempts, one of our healing priests was topping the damage meter on Recount for a while at the beginning. Finally figured out it was lumping her Spirit damage as part of her DPS. Now we could always filter out that damage, but WWS was smart enough to do it automatically. However, the point is you have to be careful no matter what tool you use. Some have default features that might scew your data if you don't realize it.

Recount is fun to look at, but not exactly reliable.

When I'm healing on my resto druid very often when I spam out the Healing Done frame of Recount the second highest healer in the group is the warrior tank, who performed a massive amount of using using Lifebloom on himself...

Levantine; I know you have some personal quest going right now to try and follow me around find issues with everything I say, but you don't know me, and it isn't there, and you'd be better off to stop trolling these boards in a quest to create it. That's the sort of thing, found a lot on Blizzard's boards, that people come here to avoid.
