Depends on the judgment actually. Thanks to Blizzard we have some that use hit, some that use spellhit, and some that use nothing. Yay for consistency. :/

You took Precision, it's all you'll need. Of course you might still get some resists/misses in, but they're not really of vital importance. If AS misses, tell your dps to lay low for a while. Even after a JoR they should be good to go.
RD can be a bitch at times, but if I'm not mistaking it will always have a 1% chance of "missing"
Unlike warriors and maybe druids, we shouldn't sacrifice anything to get +hit. Like Dorvan said, don't lose sleep over it.
