Badge Bracers vs Attunsman/Green Fortress

Would the badge bracers be an upgrade to either I mean expertise isnt that bad of a stat

I prefer Vambraces of Courage over both Green Fortress and the badge reward because of the block value. It's a wash on stamina and a slight upgrade in defense to get the badge bracers, as well as the expertise, but block value is very powerful.

The badge bracers contain 5 full rating points of Weapon Expertise which are both a massive upgrade for threat and a decent help with mitigation. They are head and shoulders better then the huntsman and the green fortress bracers.

Weapon Expertise = The Win.

I agree with your conclusions, but your argument is flawed. It's not a choice of 3.75% opponent parry reduction vs. 39 block value, it's 3.75% parry reduction vs. 2.5% parry reduction + 39 BV: to phrase it otherwise is misleading and false.

As an FYI - I'm now using the new bracers, neck, and cloak which combined with the 5 we skill from our talents is giving me 15 total skill. My miss rate on WWS for the last week is down from an average 17.7% to 8.9%, threat has increased substantially as well.

WE is NOT to be trifled with.
