New Paladin tank (horoic help)

How well equipt should you be to start doing horoics right now im able to tank SH with no cc i got

450 defence rating
200spelldamage
12%dodge
13% parry
18% block

and im deep prot build 0/51/10 build

You want around 10k life (unbuffed) and, like Andox said, you NEED 490 defense.

For Heroics you actually only need 485 Defense. You only need 490 for raid bosses

I would aim for 11.5k hp unbuffed at least. Sure 10k unbuffed might be enough with a good healer/group.

The trash in heroics hit harder than bosses in kara. IMO you need better gear for heroics than for kara.

Sorry, but you either don't have 450 defense or 5/5 Deflection, since you would at least have 14% Parry then.

Reason:
5% Base-parry
5% Deflection
4% from 100 def over 350 (100*0,04%)

Forget Improved Blessing of Might and get Benediction instead.
BoM gives you very little benefit in terms of Aggro.
There are three better blessings for you:
Sanctuary
Kings
Wisdom (not necessarily in that order)
