Boots of elusion or red havoc boots

Hi, fellow tankadins. I'm undecided on which is actually better for tanking bosses. http://www.wowhead.com/?item=30031 or http://www.wowhead.com/?item=30641

My gear set up for bosses currently is http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Proudmoore&n=Varien

Hope you guys can help me out!

That's a tough one, Red Havoc is nice to achieve uncrushable and even if you hit Uncrushable you have more Stamina with them, however Boots of Elusion will give you Pure Avoidance after you've achieved Uncrushable since usually you would try and get more Dodge/Parry/Agi than Shield Block/Value.
