MG shield wall vs Aldori Legacy Defender

Hey guys. If you already had the merciless gladiator's shield wall would you roll on the ALD if it droppped? All opinions welcome.

It's dropped twice, and whilst I've bid DKP (cos I think it looks cool, and I'd like some more defense), I've never gone all in, and allowed the other tanks who need the upgrade to get it first.
