Block Value Vs Armor.

Ok, I'm currently playing with the Devilshark Cape vs the Gilded Thorium Cape. At my current armor level, the Gilded Thorium Cloak gives me 0.48% (1/208.33) more damage reduction, whilst the Devilshark gives me 37 more Block Value.

Would I be right in thinking that the Devilshark is the better option unless I'm getting hit for more than 7708 (208.33 * 37) damage in a single hit?

Statistically, that's correct (ever had statistics? You would get the joke). But Devilshark has dodge, too, which makes you more healable, especially the harder the hits become.

I'd say there's nothing over devilshark out there but endgame cloaks.
