Karazhan gear check

So I've been leading and tanking one of my guilds kara groups for this week and last week. last week we went in and killed through opera and stopped and had some random other people go in our instance before we were scheduled to go and clear through prince (leaving netherspite and nightbane). so we really didn't get to try it with the group.

this week we just killed curator and had a really weird group set-up, which made shade / illhoof a lot harder:
3 hunters
2 rogues
3 pallies (2 holy and me)
S-Priest
DPS Warr

we skipped through and did chess because noone wanted to wipe and reclear aran's trash.

my question is, looking at my armory, am i well enough geared to tank everything in kara? i don't want to hold this group back and there are plenty of other guildies that could step in. Is my gear good enough for prince and nightbane? and why not, while i'm at it, is it good enough for mag, high king, gruul, or anything higher?

there are VERY few prot paladins on my server (i know of one other) so noone really knows what gear level is actually needed. pretty much everyone thinks i am undergeared without actually letting me try to tank stuff. funny thing is, once people actually give me a shot, they normally end up loving it and singing the praises of paladin tanks.

ehhh, just curious what you guys think. i've been reading these forums a lot, and just now started posting, just so you know i'm not completely new and begging for advice or something ^^

Your gear is fine for all of KZ. Assuming you're uncrushable, you should be able to tank anything in there with relative ease. If anyone tells you otherwise, its because someone in the raid isn't doing their job effectively or you just have a bad group makeup.

Also, next time you ask for an evaluation, an armory link would be helpful.

I think the Libram is 5.35%, I'm not sure, so I went with the lower number. You're over uncrushable, and you're uncrittable, so you're quite fine for KZ.

Y'know... Lack of stats on Andormu's Tear always makes me cringe for some odd reason.

me too, but if i replace it with my epic kara ring it makes me crushable >.< trying to figure out a way around that..

yeah i don't actually have the jade-skull lol been trying to get it from mech, but as you can see i'm exalted with shat'tar and still no luck. also, mostly when i do it i run it heroic and sometimes people like to skip that boss for some reason.

yeah, i'm working on getting the badges for the badge helm, but kind of hesitant to turn in 50 badges when we don't know what the 2.3 rewards will be

agh so in here right now tanking prince..and apparently in phase 2 the healers can't keep me up very well. too much burst, but i'm not getting crushings or anything..don't really know what the problem is.

rolling with 2 healers might be the issue?
