ready for naxx 25man uldar 10man?

okie to start with im not guilded and im stuck doing pug runs ive been playing my tankadin for about 2months endgame and im finding it hard to get even a nax 10man pug group the only time i can get a nax 10man is when im OT and as for nax 25 or uldar 10man its a no go they all say im to undergeard to oftank or maintank no guild will take me beacuse there are starting uldar 25man and say im 100% undergeard for that and im having no luck with a nax guild on my server im keeping sanctuary on and i use seal of corruption im happy with my 9696 roation and i swap a 9spot for plea/wrath depending on what i need i find i can hold agro fine unless there a T8.5 lock dont know why but i have trubble holding agro and after looking around at templates of what other tankadins use i can see were im a little different in my spec and also after reading more i found i had wasted a point in judgement in the ret tree as i only needed 1 point and my prot side is not 100% same but i find it works ok for me so im looking into changing that my gears ok i would say could do with better socketing and also encahnts but im working on cash for that atm and i think my hp unbuffed is abit low but with not much work i think it could be better i just need a push in the right direction so without any more spam here is my link to armory

You don't have touched by the light in your spec (lots of threat), stoicism is useless drop it for touched.

Only thing i can see in gear is just grind some more heroics for some more conquest badge gear.

Missing two enchants on cloak and weapon, but they may be new, also you have a 16 def gem in your boots (missing set bonus of stam) and a 24 stam gem in your wrist socket, while this isn't a huge thing it may be noticed by people when inviting you, so i'd advise swapping them to agi/dodge/parry and stam in boots and 16 def in bracer socket. I try to get socket bonus especially if it is stam and use black smith sockets to get hit cap or 540 def.

thx for the tips as for gear ye it was newish and havent been able to get an enchanter yet to do it for me but should be done soon also as for the spec cheanges what way do u think i should go now in this new patch as ppl are saying shield is not good for me for rading as a paladin will put it on me etc so i dont know where to do my points atm but as fotr the gems im gona get right on that now thx for the tips mate as for my english ill get word so i can paragrath thingy so ty on that as well
