I am currently wearing [Valorous Redemption Shoulderguards] w/ a [Solid Majestic Zircon] and [Master's Inscription of the Pinnacle], but recently picked up [Shoulderguards of the Solemn Watch].

I'm still wearing [Valorous Redemption Handguards], so I have the 10% dmg increase to HotR.

Given those two shoulder options, which piece would be better for threat? Avoidance? EH? Block?

According to http://maintankadin.failsafedesign.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=22300 's ranking, [Shoulderguards of the Solemn Watch] is rated higher, but I thought given my lack of understanding how all the stats are boiled down to the above four categories, I should ask.
