Looking for pre raiding gem and enchant advice.

I feel about ready to start looking for a raiding guild, but im fairly new to endgame, and i just to make sure i picked the best enchants and gem for the slots. I have no trouble in heroics whats so ever but raiding is a whole new beast to me and im hoping im up for it.

Heres my armory link:

Have a look at Digren's Gem and Enchanting guide in the Maintankadin Consolidated Gearing Guide [next forum down]. I would highly advise that you use the back, chest, wrist and shield enchants for defense and take it from there.
