Should I stack STR?

My question is that with patch 3.0 Us tankadins benifit greatly from STR.
I am deff capped and either at 102.4% avoidance or very close to it. I have been stacking Stam like crazy lately (to keep up with all thoose damn warriors that get my tanking spot due to there huge health pool).

So should I countine with the stam stacking or is adding a couple STR gems / enchants a viable option?
