No bracer enchant that gives more than 12 defense rating?

Just looked at wowhead and wowwiki and I can't find any enchant to bracer that gives more than 12 defense rating, which is a BC enchant. Is this really the case? Thanks.

I suggest using the new bracer enchant coming with the next patch. 40 stam is win
Ill go abit more defense heavy on the gems then if i have to.

Ye, using 40 sta if you are already crit capped is a good option... btw same holds for Potency Enchant - the one that gives 20 str... the new version gives just AP... Pure suckness.
