First of all, sorry for my bad English..
Q: Is dimishing returns works on defense rating separately.. What does it mean (theorycraft) - i can stack 1100 dodge rating and 1101 dodge rating point add 50% of it`s power.. And i stack up defense for 1100 and add 1101 point of defense rating - it`s add 50% of it`s power to dodge, parry and miss.. is it true?

Trying to say simply - is it true to stack defense higher and higher for avoidance or i have to stoped at 700-750 defense rating and stack some dodge and parry (200-300 points of rating)
