A word to people starting Gear Check threads...

Think before you post. Shouting "gear check plz!" helps no-one, least of all those of us inclined to help. Help us to help you.

What content are you currently tanking? 5-mans? Heroics? Kara? 25-mans?

What's your goal in tanking? Are you a main tank, or are you an off-tank/trash tank? Are you looking to change that position?

what do you feel are your weaknesses? I'm going to refer to one of my other posts now:

Thing is if you're using daggers in both hands and Sinister Strike isn't recommended then how would you build combo points?

this man speaks wisdom, a simple AM I REDDY 4 KARA??!??/ isn't enough, link your armory, stats, issues your most worried about, your role (mt/ot/trash tank etc) future/incoming upgrades, armory glitches, etc.

Actually, "am I ready for kara?" is fine, since you're stating an ambition which we can tailor our advice to.
