T4 helm sockets

So I recently got the T4 helm and the bracers from Attumen. This is replacing the Felsteel helm and Green Fortress (still keeping those). Overall I've lost some def rating but gained some more dodge. Should I make up for that lost def and add some dodge with an Enduring Talasite in the yellow socket for the bonus or should I just socket a Solid Star?

Just wondering cause when prot specced, Tankadin says I'm running ~49% avoidance unbuffed and I'm wondering if I should just start adding to my hp pool instead.

go stamina in ur helm and change ur 150 health on chest with 15def. you get about the same health and some bonus defense
