Looks like you've already got most of the gear, and a lot of ZA gear and badge rewards. I'd say
Ring of Sundered Souls: It's good. It would be my main ring now if it weren't for the badge ring. You won't replace it until you're exalted with Hyjal rep (and even then it's almost a sidegrade
Band of the Eternal Defender).
Darkener's Grasp: It's a very nice neck. Underrated, I believe. Compare to
Pendant of Titans, the only upgrade available in T6 instances. It has a tiny bit less stamina (3), but has more defense, slightly less dodge, and a healthy chunk of block rating for AoE tanking and Sunwell. The only thing you gain by "upgrading" to Titans is the hit rating, which is not a big deal. This comes from the
Verdant Sphere (drops every time from Kael'thas), which is the item that starts a quest to turn into A'dal, and triggers the small Shattrath scene. On the upside, you'll get the "A'dal's thoughts invade your mind. Trilynne and her allies have defeated Kael'thas Sunstrider" spread all across the capital city.
Both of these won't be upgradeable via badges, so they're upgrades that'll last a while.
