Gear+Libram Combo

Im having trouble choosing my boots and libram combo and which would give out more threat (bearing in mind the reason i need the block libram with the badge boots is because of uncrushability) or should i ignire the minor threat boost and go for teh stam increase of the other:

Hello! I just got http://www.wowhead.com/?item=33326 to drop yesterday and as such, have some allowances to switch some gear around and am faced with a similar predicament.

Namely, which yields more TPS, the static 23 +spl dmg from the http://www.wowhead.com/?item=33523 or the http://www.wowhead.com/?item=33504 Also, would the 2.4 badge boots http://www.wowhead.com/?item=34947 be worth considering as well?

Thanks!
MJ
