Do I want any badge gear at this point?

I have the FR gear and the two librams, I am currently at 115 badges and I have no idea what to do with them. I was wondering if the boots were worth the investment (the najentus boots have never dropped).
Any suggestions on my gear? Do I want something from badges?

If Blue's Greaves are the boots you're talking about, no. The only defensive stats they have is block rating, and that's pushed off the table once you're uncrushable.

Buy gems or vortexes and sell them. Get some money ready for WotLK.

Does anyone know if Badges are going to still be currency for things in Wrath. If so I may have to start stockpiling for lvl 80 gear

the system will prevail but there will be different badges of justice akin to the level of content your currently on. So they will most likely not be the same.

I have 804 badgers in the bank. They need to not be soulbound. QQ

Thing is if you're using daggers in both hands and Sinister Strike isn't recommended then how would you build combo points?

That kind of $$ will be very helpful come WotLK I can guarantee you that much. Might as well get it now and reap the benefits later before you have 13k turn into what would be worthless.

Well, think about this: Once we all hit 80 and get a little gear, Karazahn and old lvl-70 heroics will be a piece of cake. If badge gear still went for a similar amoung then people will just farm those old instances for BoJs.

Thus I would surmise that one of the following will happen.

• There will be a new system and BoJs will never buy anything above lvl 70 gear.
  
• BoJs will stick around, but things will cost at least 10x as much, though I doubt this one as it would allow farming of trivial content for high-end rewards.
  
• BoJs will no longer drop in old content (also doubtful)
  

So, my gut feeling is that you should spend your BoJs and get some gear for leveling up to 80. Money will still be worth something, but worth less most likely as demand will be high early in the expansion and at level 80 everyone will be making even more money.
