How can I calcute miss rate approximately then, forgot how to do it

http://maintankadin.failsafedesign.com/viewtopic.php?t=18323&start=0 has a good spreadsheet for DR. I put both myself and another paladin into it earlier and the dodge, parry and block all tied up. The miss rate is however still an aproximate.
