what order of emblem items is the best path to go?

yeah ok but the kirin tor are more easy to get than the gun'drak ones.

because there aren't muchs pugs to there and guildy's don't do much HC's only once and then.

my emblem purchase list is something like this (haven't done naxx yet):

1-neck
2-belt
3-libram
4-t7 chest
5-shield (if i don't have something other than titansteel)
6-valor medal trinket

If you are looking to get Block Capped or near to it, then go for the Refined Ore Gloves. They're much more useful than the Kirin Tor gloves and require no rep
