Bread and butter spec?

So with PTR hitting have we decided on the bread and butter spec of core things that are needed? Been searching and all i've seen is alot of theory and playing with specific specs but have yet to see a difinative "this is the base to work off of" spec.

Edit: Also has anyones "the day wrath hits" spec changed with recent patches?

The current talents are not final and doubtfully will be launched as-is. no point worrying about it just yet.

Ok just wondering if we had decided since it is less than 2 months out.

There's a lot of talent spec ideas threads in here atm, read a few of them and see where people are thinking if you want.

As Snake said, it's hard to be 100% certain of what to take until we're 100% certain about what talents will make it live in which form.
