Please feel free to post your own questions in need of testing. I'll try to edit various questions as they come in, as well as answers (I may do a little consolidation of similar questions), and group them by topic or something. For those of you in Beta, please check this list periodically and pick an item or two to check out for yourself.
And with that, here goes:
General Mechanics:
-- Do crushing blows exist? If so, what are their mechanics? It appears that crushing blows still exist for +4 or higher level mobs, but no longer for +3 level mobs. As the level cap is Beta is still 77, it's not entirely clear whether raid bosses will crush at this time, though if bosses are still considered +3 level mobs, it's looking like the answer will be no crushings in raids.
-- What is the new Str->BV conversion? Answer: 2 Str = 1 BV? Need better testing to pin this down exactly, but it's in the ballpark
-- Do npcs still have baseline 5% dodge/parry/blocked and being missed at same level and +.2% per level higher like they do now? What about npcs chances to be hit with spells?
-- Do melee speed debuffs (JotJ/TClap) stack? No, they don't
Hammer of the Righteous/Shield of the Righteous:
-- Hammer of the Righteous says it causes "high threat". What does this mean exactly : a base amount of innate threat, a threat multiplier of damage, or something else? What exact value does that threat boost have?
-- Do Hammer of the Righteous and Shield of Righteousness have any spellpower scaling component? No
-- Does hammer of the righteous proc seals? No
-- Do HotR/ShoR crit for 150% damage or 200% damage? HotR crits for 200% damage
-- Has it been confirmed yet that hit rating goes for both spells and melee? Yes. This applies to crit/haste as well
Misc Talents/Abilities:
Do the same Judgements continue not to stack? Say you've got a Ret Pally judging Wisdom with the 3% crit, and you're judging Light with the -20% attack speed, and then a Holy Pally decides to judge Light for the haste bonus, does it overwrite your Light (and make you lose the thunderclap effect)?
-- If a Paladin with Judgment of the Just applies a Judgment on a mob, and another Pally refreshes that judgment with Crusader Strike...does the mob retain the 20% melee speed debuff? Yes
-- Does the damage redirected to a Paladin by Divine Guardian hurt the Paladin, or are they immune? If the damage is physical, is it mitigated by the original target's armor, the Paladin's armor, or both?
Divine Guardian is currently not yet implemented and/or the implementation is just completely broken (it does nothing).
-- With Heart of the Crusader and 3 paladins in a raid, can each one spec into HotC and judge a different ability, Justice, Wisdom, Light and get 9% raid crit?
-- Do immunity effects such as Hand of Protection and Divine shield temporary sets your threat to zero or prevents you from being a target of all attacks/melee attacks like it does now? What about immunity effects from additive dmg reductions (imp intervine/pain suppression/etc) in Wotlk?
DS and HoP continue to have the same immunity aggro mechanics they have in TBC
-- How do Seals/Judgments work now? Are seals consumed when you judge? Seals are not currently removed when judging. Judgments of Wis/Light/Justice do the damage of the judgment of whatever seal you have active, in addition to applying the relevant debuff
-- Which of our abilities count as spells, and therefore have their GCDs shortened by haste?
-- What is the spell damage and AP coefficient for Seal of Righteousness, Seal of Vengeance/Corruption, and Seal of Blood/Martyr? Judgment of Righteousness, Vengeance/Corruption, Blood/Martyr?

Seal of Righteousness -- 5% AP/sec, 10% SP/sec
Seal of Light: Health gained -- 28% AP, 28% SP
Seal of Wisdom: Mana gained --- 14% AP, 14% SP
Judgment of Righteousness -- 45% AP, 73% SP
Judgment of Light/Wis/Justice damage component: 36% AP, 58% SP
Judgment of Light proc: Health gained --- 18% AP, 18% SP
Judgment of Wisdom proc: Mana gained --- 9% AP, 9% SP
Regen scaling is based on caster's AP/SP, not the proc'er.
V = number of Vengeance debuffs on the target.
DoT: Damage -- 7% AP, 3.4% * V SP => 17% * SP @ full stack
Proc: Damage-- 1.2% * ws * SP
Judgment of Vengeance (0 stacks): 36% AP, 58% SP
Judgment of Vengeance (5 stacks): 54% AP, 87% SP
Mana Management:
-- What our incoming DPS like/overall mana income?
-- What are the exact mana costs of new skills?
At Level 70:
- Hammer of the Righteous - 177 mana
- Judgement (W/L/J) - 147 mana
- All Seals - 413 mana
-- What are the mana efficiencies of our threat moves: baseline? with a typical set of level 70/75/80 gear?
What is a "typical" set of stat values for a Tankadin at 70? 75? 80?
Does Holy shield still count as a magical buff in wotlk?
Seeing as Hotr hits 4 targets, if you judge several targets, can you refresh the judgements on all of them with Hotr?
Send in your own question folks, let's get this testing started!
