this enchant seems to proc less for me, or i should say stack the buff as fast as it used to before patch 3.2, before it was pretty much 10 seconds left, boom next hit, it stacks again, 3.2 hits, and now it seems to take until 5 or less seconds left before it reapplies itself again,,, WTB 5 second ICD instead of 10+ pst,, so annoying that it takes 50-60 seconds to get a 5stack up...


is blade ward still proccing more like it did on ptr or was that a bug?
