You might want to add the trinket from the last boss in Halls of Lightning, +65 defense.

missing a lot of the BoE crafted gear which people are more likely to use Daunting gear, Tempered Saronite, and Tempered Titansteel gear.

Enduring Forest Emerald listed under yellow not green and many other valuable tanking gems not mentioned at all

No mention of Engineering : including the helm and the trinket

Also no mention of many other very good tanking rewards, such as Blade of the Empty Void

Just to point out about that comment about the gem, it's listed under Yellow: +8 Defense, +12 Stamina.

But I agree about the Engineering, the crafted helm is better than T7 (10-man), and the trinkets really boost up your stamina value, +81 stamina each?

One can only assume that as new tiers get released, the helms will continue to be planted between the 10 and 25-man headpieces.

Without enchants or gems, these items give a total of 605 defense rating. Enchants and gems should easily push you to or over the 689 required rating.
