Deathfrost enchant

I think we're overlooking the most important question here.

How cool does the enchant look?

The proc effect probably has a chance to crit as well, judging from similar enchants.

Um, the reduced melee attack speed isn't necessarily a good thing, seeing it will reduce the number of times you block.. It sure is nice for maintanking progression but a threat nerf in two ways for thrash/farm kills.

A bit over powered at 50% but using that

a 1.8 speed weapon in a raid scenario would mean 50 DPS and the 4 second proc would always refresh...

I love this enchant already, I'm going to make a mage use this over fire/frost for raid usage, the same way I've been throwing up the Imp Crusader.

Sounds interesting. Those hoping for 7-8ppm though might be disappointed as it says "occasionally". Fiery says "often" and it's 6-7ppm; Mongoose says "occasionally" and it's 1ppm. At 1ppm I wouldn't take it over +40 sd (or Mongoose on my Sun Eater), though a raid with several people using this could be helpful if bosses aren't immune.

What are the odds that there's a spell damage coefficient for it?
