The only thing I would like to say in consider to this trinket is that its not all that suprising to see buffs to gear. Look at wall of terror buff a previous patch from what it was initially. If no one wants it I would grab it and stuff it in the bank. If it turns out to get a nice buff then your set already and not kicking yourself for passing it for a shard. If not, well its always gold when its vendored

The only buff it could realistically get is a very minor buff. The poorly designed secondary effect isn't going to be completely changed, so it'll never be something you want.

poorly designed like say current Argent defender? To say 3.2 Awesome defender. All im saying is not to just assume it couldn't get better and toss it. Stranger things have happend.

I wouldn't bet on it. If it's just getting sharded feel free to pick it up (I have one residing in my bank), but there's absolutely no indication that Blizzard is thinking about changing this trinket.

read up, thats exactly what I said, if its going to get sharded then take it......just in case. Never made it a priority choice trinket, just food for thought. Not to mention something I forgot, with different class changes and new content with different mechanics you never know when something like this will come in handy. Idk maybe thats just me, but i save alot of tank gear and once in a while i find myself switching back for different armor kits for different situations. Never hurts to have that flexiblity instead of setting yourself up for no viable options. That is all from me.

Except this isn't one of those "situational pieces for a rainy day" like say block pieces are. The piece just plain isn't good, and there's no change to class mechanics that will make it good.

i snagged this trinket because the one off ignis 10 never dropped for me and i was LF an avoidance trinket at the time to go with yogg 10 stam trinket...



and you know how BLIZZ works,,, very next week ignis dropped his 10 and 25man trinket...
