100 AP + 32.5 BV VS 80 AP + 46 SP

=>

20 AP + 32.5 BV VS 46 SP

assuming 20 AP gives equal threat to 20 SP (AP is actually better than that due to HotR and white damage).

=>

32.5BV VS 26 SP


I don't know about you but I would always pick the BV over the SP. For ret the choice is less clear. For ret it's less clear. It's 20 AP +7 SP VS 46 SP.

If we wanted Ret to be a joke, we would have just left the tree as it was, and maybe kicked it a little for good measure. -GC
