Where do you grind?

Effectively I need a better place to grind, taking 30+ demon hunter supplicants at the same time is fun, but they take ages to respawn and I always pull the elite by accident.

Can anyone suggest other good places for a prot paladin to aoe grind melee mobs and get a good amount of gold?

If you want cash drops, sorry, can't help you there.

What I usually do when I'm bored and want to AoE grind is go run Black Morass trash, AoE tank 'em down, and sell the Netherweb Silks.
