Donations

A while back we were running into server bandwith issues. Too much transfer of data closed the site for days once we reached our monthly limit. People offered to help out on upgrading the sever, so I did and set up a paypal link where they could just send a quick donation directly to the account that the server company charges me. Nothing else is on this account, just the server transactions.

Recently people have been asking where they can send donations as well. It's really nice of you guys to help out, and greatly appreciated. Here is the link to paypal.

If you don't have paypal, you can click on the lower left button "Don't have a paypal account" continue button and it will let you enter any debit or credit card.

What's a good round about estimate of how much it costs per month or per year? That might help with others figuring out what kind of donation will be meaningful for you.

At 40 gigs of data transfer we're at $20 per month. We easily clear 30-35 gig nearing the end of the month. Though we are still growing, and quickly. Right now it's the 13th of the month and we're at 22 gigs. If that pace remains the same, we might need to upgrade yet again to 60 or 80, but I'll wait till we need to for sure.

I'll pitch in toward bandwidth. This place helped me get to where I am with my tanking so I'd be more than happy to help support the tankadin community.
