States that it is a temporary name given to the blessing until they change some things on the hyperlink forum.

The rumor mill being hard at work does not a confirmation make.

*shrug*

I mean it does say on the forum that this guy actually went to blizzcon himself and also did mention that it was confirmed on the forums.

Dunno... which is why I titled the title as possible changes not real changes.

Who knows? Blizz might actually be testing this stuff out.

We have been discussing this in the Blizzcon thread.

Yeah I'm pretty sure that originated here. The wording there is exactly the same as the made up wording that Velhym posted in the Blizzcon thread.

A new seal is not gonna help imo, I mean we need seal of right up to get agrro, as in raid environment with all the mages and high damage locks aggro gonna be an issue. No idea what they thinking about making yet another seal, unless it gives major aggro too, in which case it wont be so bad, but it doesnt look like it will. What we need is better talents!! And better itemization!! How on earth cant they allocate us the same item points as a warrior , when we need twice as many stats as them to be effective, and the same amount of the shared stats.

Perhaps a talent which makes Intellect buff spell damage too? So we can do away with spell damage on our gear and free up room for more tank stats, but that is not gonna fix the problem with current gear as all our current gear had both in ample amounts, no idea what will fix our current issue, (looks like most tankadins dont even wear the sets and have to wear warriors style non set items, which is sucky as we miss out on set bonuses), it really sucks that our tier gear set is really bad (especially tier 5, which at a time when most tanks should be stepping up their game, they find their gear falling short, i mean it has no dodge at all!!) , the tier 6 one looks ok, but how we get that ? Lots of other classes get stats that have multiple effects why cant we get that too.

Ps. they should take a good long hard look at avenging shield too, no.1 that and consc should be inluded in benediction and no. 2 it should automatically avoid any mob that is sappped or sheeped. The sheep is not much of an issue if you have a decent mage who can sheep under pressure of mobs running towards the tank, but sap is incompatible. It should also scale up in damage , the less targets it hits Very Happy (That will help in pvp too lol)

EDIT: I thought of something else just now (sorry for getting off topic), I am thinking that the talent which improves holy threat of righteous fury, also improve threat from all damage ie white damage, it doesn't have to be as high % as the holy , but it will really go a long way to help I think in a raid environment (which is were our problem is as in all other content we do fine) , as we can then use a decent high dps mitigation weapon, without loosing out on threat gain.

It will also help lower how much spell damage we need, which is a part of the reason why we lag behind warriors in health pool and mitigation and it will also lowe how much intelli we need (if they do all i say , including the changes to benediction and making intelli buff spell damage too).

To quote Lore on the subject of seal/judgement of protection:

Actually you need to look at items again because that was a valid point, any of my gear that has int on it has spell dmg already. And spell dmg isn't really a huge problem as you can get most of it from a weapon. Asking for threat from white dmg is trivial, not an issue at all.

Our itemization has gotten better. No gripes about tier 5 because tier 5 pretty much sucks for warriors as well, so equal treatment there and even if tier 5 had dodge the set bonuses are rather bad anyhow. I can do my job in tier 4 pieces of which I only wear 3 (would be 2 if kazzak wasn't so stingy with gloves) and if the warlocks and priests gobble up the tier 5, it'll make claiming t6 pieces when it comes down to that time easier.

The changes you seek can't hold a candle to the new blessing you just said wouldn't be helpful, the judgement is amazingly nice and a new addition that is, and this is the important part, situational. If we could walk away from Blizzcon with a hp buff we never thought we'd receive I would of been content, to see some really nice additional utility spells custom suited for tanking shows that they are doing things in the right direction. With the itemization they've done in Black Temple I can see they have learned alot more about how to create gear for Tankadins and I expect them to carry that in the future, rather then try to fix up Tier 5 which suffers from a bad set bonus and graphics no one wanted to wear anyhow.
